1. Before First Use
- Please ensure the charger is updated to the latest firmware via the built-in USB-C data port before use.
- Read this guide carefully before operating the charger.
- Use the charger on a flat, stable, non-flammable surface in a well-ventilated area.
2. Power Connection
- Q100neo supports dual input (AC or DC)..
- Use AC power for home or workshop charging.
- Use DC power when maximum output or field charging is required.
- Do not connect AC and DC inputs at the same time.
3. Battery Connection & Charging
- Select the correct battery chemistry, cell count, and charge current before starting.
- Always connect the main charge lead first, then the balance lead (if applicable).
- Each of the four ports operates independently—different battery types may be charged simultaneously.
- Never exceed the battery manufacturer’s recommended charge current.
4. During Charging
- Do not leave the charger unattended for extended periods.
- Keep batteries away from flammable materials while charging.
- If abnormal heat, odor, or swelling is detected, stop charging immediately.
- The charger will actively monitor voltage, current, temperature, and time to ensure safe operation.
5. Discharging & Power Supply Mode
- When using the balance-port discharge function, ensure proper ventilation.
- In DC power supply mode, confirm voltage and current settings before connecting any device.
- Each output channel is independently adjustable—verify settings carefully to avoid damage to connected equipment.
6. Safety Protections

7. Handling & Environment
- Operating temperature: use in a cool, dry environment.

- Do not block ventilation openings during use.
- Disconnect power before cleaning; use a dry cloth only.
8. Firmware & Maintenance
- Firmware updates improve performance, compatibility, and safety.
- Connect Q100neo to a PC via the USB-C data port to check for updates.
- Inspect cables and connectors regularly; replace damaged components immediately.
